Who is RemovalsCentral.com?

The RemovalsCentral.com website is a comprehensive online quote management system offered to people who are soon to be moving home or their companies operations. It has been designed using leading edge technology to provide you with access to requests for removals quotes from customers in all regions throughout Australia. 

RemovalsCentral.com is an independantly owned and operated removal broker. We are not backed, supported or owned by any operator in the removal industry and our service is offered to all customers and suppliers who may benefit from this system.

How will I benefit from this service?

As a removals industry operator, you will be able to subscribe for a 12 month period to access requests for quotations that have been registered on our system. A broad and comprehensive advertising campaign has been launched to ensure that our name becomes a dominating force in the Australian public arena. As a subscriber to this service, you will benefit from our customers finding us - finding you!

The "dragnet" approach to our service ensures that you are given a better opportunity to quote customers that may not have found you directly from your own advertising campaign.

How does my subscription work?

Your annual subscription fee entitles you to 12 months access to the quoting system.  The package you choose determines the area you receive quotes from. If you are a local operator, you can limit the requests to only come from your local area. If you want to expand your operations or target a new region, you can upgrade your subscription to cover new areas and regions. We have a package to suit any operator with any budget.

The subscription fee is pooled to cover the cost of our regional and national advertising campaigns ensuring customers who find us, find you. It is also used to cover captial costs associated with the website development, operation and to facilitate our customer call centre located in the Gold Coast, QLD.

Are there other costs?

Standard Fees: In order to cover the operating costs associated with servicing each individual customer, there is a small commission fee payable on the successful booking of a customers contract. This is deducted from the booking deposit paid to you when the customer secures their booking. There are minor fees associated with some payment methods should you opt to pay by a method other than cash or cheque.

User Pays:  Other costs may be incurred for "user-pays" services that you might choose to add to your subscription such as additional Services Directory advertisements, monthly account keeping fees, late payment penaties or other Flexible Business Solutions we may offer from time to time.

  • Some Removal Broker/Agent arrangements offer the "best of three" quotes system. Despite your agreements, they may not pass on opportunities to you in favour of other companies who pay a higher commission. Subscription arrangements to RemovalsCentral.com are standardised for all operators and our technology ensures no favours are granted to one supplier over another. All subscribers will receive the details of a move request in their areas and have the opportunity to compete on price, customer service and availability, evening an unfair playing field!  

I don't have email or internet access, can I still join?

RemovalsCentral.com's online solution is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our Customer Call Centre hours are shown below. At present, subscribers can only access quote requests via email or by logging into the website, however we may be able to assist you with cost effective email and dial up facilities or arrange alternative solutions such as phone or fax requests.  Please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to facilitate negotiations for alternative arrangements.

How do I receive Quote Requests?

To begin you enter your email address and password in the Login section at the top of the page. Once you have entered your personal section, you will be able to view new quote requests, review quote information you have submitted in previous sessions, review successful quotes for customer information and also review quotes you have rejected.

How Do I Know if I have Won a Job?

At any time during the day or night you can log in to see your account. Any jobs you have been successful in securing will appear in the Successful Quotes section. You will also receive an email on a daily basis to let you know the status of your account (new quotes, successful quotes etc). 

What Is The User Rating?

At the end of your customers move, they will be contacted by RemovalsCentral.com Customer Service Team to discuss how everything went. They will undergo a quick 1 minute questionnaire that will be logged to calculate your company's Quality User rating.  They will also have the opportunity to register written feedback for future users of the system to review when choosing their preferred supplier. These feedback forms and ratings will be reviewed by our staff and you will be given the opportunity to review them prior to them being published online.
